Took the kids here and they seemed to have a really good time. The lines were a little longer than I expected, but overall it was still a nice spot and probably worth checking out if you’ve got kids

I went to the Aquarium of the Pacific mainly because I wanted to see the jellyfish, they ended up being my favorite part of the whole visit.
I expected the exhibit to be nice, but it was way more mesmerizing than I thought it would be. The lighting, the quiet vibe, and all the different jellyfish just floating around made it super relaxing. I definitely stood there longer than I planned.

The staff was friendly, and the aquarium itself was easy to get around. If you like ocean stuff or just want something and calming to look at, the jellyfish exhibit is totally worth checking out

I had a nice time and felt like the ticket price was fair for what you get. There were maybe a couple areas that felt a little packed, but we still found plenty to see and do for a few hours. I’d probably give it around 4 stars, mainly because parking and the extra little costs can add up faster than you expect

I had a great time walking through the exhibits. The fish all looked super healthy and well cared for, what more can you ask for? It was a really nice experience overall

Came here with my kids and we had a ton of random questions, like seriously all over the place. The staff were super chill and patient, and they actually knew the details, not just the basic touristy stuff. One guy broke down the jellyfish info for us, and another helped us find the shark area. It made the whole visit way more fun. Big shoutout to people who actually know what they’re talking about.

and we ended up catching a few of the presentations plus the sea lion show, and they were all really fun and easy to follow. The staff were great with the kids too, answering their questions without making anyone feel rushed. It was a really nice way to spend the afternoon

For us, the membership has been a good deal because we go often enough to really make it pay off. If you only visit once in a while, it might not be worth it, but in our case I’m glad we got it

I was kind of expecting it to be packed, but it wasn’t bad at all. I kept thinking, “Okay, this is way easier than I thought it would be.” We could move around, check everything out, and actually enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed or crowded.

So I mainly went because I was excited to see the penguins, but the exhibit felt small and there just wasn’t much happening. The kids lost interest quickly. The rest of the aquarium was decent though...

The bathrooms were easy to find, and they were clean too. I didn’t have to wait, actually, I walked right in, which was really nice.

I was a little surprised by how much they had in the gift shop. I figured it would just be the usual few aquarium souvenirs, but there were tons of cute ocean-themed things, little toys, shirts, and smaller gifts that actually felt different from each other instead of everything looking like the same item with a different logo on it. I was able to find a few things for my kids easily, which was nice because sometimes gift shops can be either way too pricey or just not have much kids actually want. It ended up being a really nice stop after walking through the aquarium, especially if you want to grab something fun before heading out

Before our visit, I spent some time browsing the site, and I was surprised by how much useful information was there. It wasn’t just pictures of fish and sea animals, I actually learned little facts that were easy to understand, even for kids. When we got there, it made the whole trip more fun because we already knew a few animals to look out for. A couple of pages felt a little crowded, but overall it was really helpful and made the experience more interesting.

We went on a Saturday and I was fully expecting to spend half the day standing in lines, especially since the parking lot already looked packed. But nope, we got in way faster than I thought, and even the lines once we were inside kept moving. The kids barely had time to start complaining, which felt like a win. I even had a coffee in my hand that I thought would be gone before we got through the first wait, but it lasted me a while. Overall, the shorter waits made the whole day way easier than expected

I went with my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and it was smooth getting around. The ramps and elevators were easy to find, and the staff were helpful when we got a little turned around. The website info was clear too, so I’ve got to give credit to whoever runs this for making it a lot less stressful than I expected.

The sea otters were so fun to watch, seriously so fun. They were playful, cute, and one of my favorite parts of the visit.

I had a good time overall, the events were fun and there was a nice energy around everything but it did get a bit crowded in some spots so moving around wasn’t always super easy, still I’d probably go again.

We grabbed lunch while we were visiting the aquarium, it was better than I thought it would be. The fries came out hot, the burger was decent, and my kids were happy with the chicken tenders, which is always a win. The prices are definitely on the high side, but that’s pretty much what I expect at places like this. The menu isn’t huge, but there were enough choices for a quick meal. I didn’t really need anything from customer service, and I’m kind of glad because I don’t usually trust those situations to go smoothly at busy attractions. Overall though, I’d eat there again if we were spending the whole day there.

My son really loved it and stayed interested the whole time. anything that keeps a kid happily engaged without a lot of fuss is a win in my book.
